At Western Carolina University there are Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence trainings and education materials for students, faculty, and staff. Program content is tailored to each audience and educates our campus community about sexual harassment and violence, including how to prevent it, the role of intervention, how to report it, and what campus resources are available.
The Title IX Office conducts training programs throughout the year. The Title IX team is also available to provide customized training for departments or colleges to address specific concerns. If you have questions about your reporting obligations or would like to schedule customized in-person training for your team, please contact the office at 828.227.7116.
