The Alumni Engagement team has received a very small number of registrations for the weekend’s events, and in accordance with the university’s events refunds guidelines and after consulting with campus leadership, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

Per our refund guidelines, event registrants are eligible for a full refund of any registration costs paid WCU. To initiate your refund, please message the Office of Alumni Engagement at alumni@wcu.edu. If you have any questions, you can reply here or call us at 828-227-7335.

Please know you are always welcome here in Cullowhee. We hope to see you back on campus this fall during any of our Alumni Central tailgates, at Family Weekend, and especially at Homecoming 2023, where we have a full weekend of activities planned.
