Research and Service-Learning Courses

Service-learning courses (SLC) are courses with organized community-based learning activities with a commnity partner to address and identified community need. These courses are listed with "SLC" in their title on the Schedule of Classes on myWCU.

Student Democracy Coalition

 

CCESL provides civic education and resources to the WCU student body. The Student Democracy Coalition (SDC) is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to increasing civic engagement on WCU's campus that is managed by the CCESL office. They are focused on voting rights and educating the student body on political topics and issues.
